Does RepoCharge take a cut of my sales?

No, RepoCharge does not take a cut of your sales as the payment processing is done fully through your own Stripe account. We only charge a one-time payment for our service.

Do you have a free tier?

Yes, we currently have a limited time free tier. It has a one project limit.

Can I change my subscription tier?

Yes, you can change your subscription tier at any time. If you upgrade, you will be charged the difference in price. You can only downgrade within 7 days of your purchase as we will not be able to offer refunds for purchases older than 7 days. To downgrade and get a refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds within 7 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us at [email protected].

What happens when a user refunds their purchase or cancels their susbcription?

When a user refunds their purchase or cancels their subscription, you can decide if you want to revoke or keep their access to your GitHub repository. By default we will automatically revoke their access, but this can be changed.

Does RepoCharge support GitLab or Bitbucket?

No, RepoCharge currently only supports GitHub. We may add support for GitLab or Bitbucket in the future.

Does RepoCharge support other payment processors?

No, RepoCharge currently only supports Stripe. We may add support for other payment processors in the future.
