Welcome to RepoCharge!
These terms apply to your use of our services.
When we say "RepoCharge", "we", "us", or "our", we mean the owner of our services, Avraj Sahota.
When we say "services", we mean this website (available at https://repocharge.com), all its subdomains, and its API.
When we say "you" or "your", we mean you. If you're accessing our services on behalf of a legal entity (like your employer), you agree that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and “you” and “your” will refer to that entity.
When we say "terms", we mean all provisions as described in this document, including any other related documents or agreements, and as updated from time to time.
We also have a Privacy Policy that applies to your use of our services.
Terms
By accessing our services, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing our services.
Our services
Our services includes a Stripe and GitHub integration that allows you to monetize access to your GitHub repositories. You can create a product by selecting one of the imported Stripe prices from your Stripe account, and selecting a GitHub repository to associate with that product. You can then share a purchase link with your audience, who can purchase access to your GitHub repository. This requires you to connect both your Stripe and GitHub accounts to our services.
Intellectual property
Digital content from our services (including - but not limited to - graphics, text, images, videos, music, design, sound) that belong to us may not be used without our permission.
Your account
To access our services, you must create an account with us using GitHub. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information to us. In some cases, you may be required to verify your account by providing additional information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us through support@repocharge.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
If you get locked out of your account, we'll need to contact you at the email associated with your account. If your account is compromised or you no longer have access to your email account, we may not be able to restore your access to your account.
Age requirements
By accessing our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by relevant laws in your country to use our services.
Membership plans and paid services
Our services require a one time fee. We offer different membership plans which gives you access to different parts of our services. Depending on your membership plan and purchase date, you may be able to upgrade or downgrade your membership plan. For any help with your membership plan, please contact us at support@repocharge.com.

If you have the "Basic" membership plan with us, you can create a maximum of 5 projects and only have access to one-time stripe payments.

If you have the "Premium" membership plan with us, you have access to everything the "Basic" membership plan offers + you can create a maximum of 20 projects and have access to both one-time and monthly stripe payments.

If you have the "Unlimited" membership plan with us, you have access to everything the "Premium" membership plan offers + you can create an unlimited number of projects, have access to custom purchase links, and have access to custom repository permissions.
Payment and refunds
Payments are securely processed through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. To get a refund, kindly get in contact with us at [email protected]. By using Lemon Squeezy, you may be subject to their terms and conditions.
Data collection and privacy
For information on what data we collect and how we handle it, please review our Privacy Policy.
Misuse of our services
You must not misuse our services. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of, or interfer with our services' functioning. Violation of these terms may result in the permanent termination of your account from our services.
Copyright
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect you to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at support@repocharge.com.
Termination
You're free to stop using our services at any time. To terminate your agreement with us, you can request an account deletion by contacting us at support@repocharge.com.
We also reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason. We may give you an advance notice if we believe it is reasonable to do so, or required by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
Updates to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the most current version of these terms on our website. The date of when these terms were last updated will always be displayed near the top of this document.
