This privacy policy apply to your use of our services.

When we say "RepoCharge", "we", "us", or "our", we mean the owner of our services, Avraj Sahota.

When we say "services", we mean this website (available at https://repocharge.com), all its subdomains, and its API.

When we say "you" or "your", we mean you. If you're accessing our services on behalf of a legal entity (like your employer), you agree that you have the authority to bind that entity to these provisions, and “you” and “your” will refer to that entity.

When you decide to purchase a membership plan from our services, we pass on certain information during checkout to our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, including your user id associated with our services, name, and email address. This is done to provide you access to different parts of our services, and provide a seemless experience when purchasing. We do not store your payment information on our servers. By using Lemon Squeezy, you may be subject to their terms and conditions.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways. This includes to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain our services;
  • improve, personalize, and expand our services;
  • understand and analyze how you use our services;
  • develop new products, services, features, and functionality;
  • communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the service, and for marketing and promotional purposes;

  • find and prevent fraud.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear in our services, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. Note that we have no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
